Ashland RV Park is a family-owned, pet-friendly RV park in Southern Oregon's Rogue Valley, just around the corner from Emigrant Lake and only one-half mile from I-5. The park offers level back-in RV sites with full hookups or water and electric service, free Wi-Fi, restrooms, showers, a lodge lobby, a fenced pet area, and a community fire pit. Ashland's downtown shops, galleries, restaurants, outdoor recreation, and renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival are nearby, and the park is a convenient base for exploring Jacksonville, Medford, Crater Lake, Mt. McLoughlin, and the surrounding Rogue Valley.
Campground rules and policies
Registration and Arrival
- Check-in is after 1:00 PM.
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Each nightly fee covers up to 2 people; additional guests are $5 per person per night, with a maximum of 6 people per site.
- There is no day use at the RV park.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.Vehicle Policy
- Only one RV and one vehicle are allowed per site.
- RVs and vehicles must fit completely on the gravel pad; otherwise, vehicles must use overflow parking and obtain a parking pass from the office.
- Additional vehicles must register at the office, obtain a pass, and park in overflow parking.
- Vehicle or RV washing is not permitted; windshield cleaning without a spray hose is allowed.Quiet Hours and Generators
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Generators may not be used unless park power is temporarily unavailable.Fire and Smoking Policy
- Propane fire pits are allowed; wood fires are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the office, restrooms, showers, and lodge lobby.Pet Policy
- Two dogs are included in the nightly fee; a third dog is permitted for an additional $5 per night.
- Pets must remain leashed except inside the fenced pet area.
- Guests must clean up after pets and use the pet-waste station.
- Pets may not be washed in the restrooms or left unattended or tied to trees or park equipment.Children and Restrooms
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
