Registrations and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Arrival Times: 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.Payment Policy
- 100% of the reservation balance will be collected at the time of booking.
- Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will be collected.
- For nightly reservations, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking.
- Monthly reservations require a $100 deposit at the time of booking.
- Advance payments must be made by credit card.
- Any remaining balance may be paid by cash, check, money order, or credit card upon arrival.
- Providing a credit card authorizes charges for reservation balances, on-site purchases, and any unpaid fees at departure.Credit Card Security

- Tent stays are limited to a maximum of 4 nights per month.
- RV stays are limited to a maximum of 14 nights per month.
- RVs are not permitted in tent sites.
- One tent is allowed on an RV site only if accompanied by an RV.Site Occupancy Policy
- Campsite and RV site rates include up to 2 guests.
- Maximum occupancy is 5 guests per campsite or RV site.
- Additional guests are charged $3 per person, per night.
- Groups larger than 5 guests should reach the office directly.RV Site Occupancy Policy
- RV site pricing includes up to 4 guests.
- Additional guests aged 6 and older may be added for $5 per person, per night.
- A maximum of 8 guests is allowed per RV site, including children.Vehicles & Parking Policy
- Each RV reservation includes 1 habitable vehicle and 1 non-habitable vehicle.
- All vehicles must be parked completely on the gravel within the assigned site.
- Parking on grass or roadways is not permitted.
- Additional vehicles may be permitted based on availability for $5 per vehicle, per night.
- All vehicles must be registered upon arrival.Lodging Tax
- All nightly reservations are subject to lodging tax.
- Monthly stays are exempt from lodging tax.Pet Policy
- A maximum of 3 pets is allowed per site.
- Aggressive dogs are not permitted.
- All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet or properly contained at all times.Change Policy
- Reservations may be changed at any time, subject to availability.
- One reservation change is permitted without a service charge.
- Additional reservation changes are subject to a $5 service charge per change.
- Service charges may apply to reservation changes.

- These rules apply to all guests, residents, and visitors.
- Violations of these rules and any damage to common areas must be reported to park staff immediately.
- Park staff reserve the right to interpret and enforce all park rules.
- Failure to comply with park rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Campers will be provided with a copy of the park rules.
