The Retreat at Shady Creek in Aubrey, Texas, offers 64 full-hookup back-in RV sites in Denton County's north DFW corridor, with 30 and 50-amp service and rigs accepted to 60 feet on a big-rig-friendly layout. Deluxe and premium back-in categories join a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, mini-golf, and pickleball courts. Sixty-four back-in sites run in deluxe and premium categories, both carrying water, sewer, and electric on 30 and 50-amp with site WiFi, sized to 60 feet. Sixty feet accommodates a long coach with a tow, and the two-tier structure keeps booking simple. A laundry, propane fills and exchange, restrooms, and showers handle the practical side. An outdoor pool anchors the property, with a fitness center, clubhouse, mini-golf, sports courts, pickleball, basketball, walking trails, hiking, a pond, and dog park filling the grounds. Fishing and swimming run on the property, with planned activities through the season, a creek on site, and a lake and golf course nearby. Pets are welcome. Aubrey sits in the suburban landscape between Frisco, Little Elm, and Prosper — one of the fastest-growing corridors in the country — at the doorstep of Lake Ray Roberts State Park. That combination is the appeal: genuine open country and lake access with the full DFW metroplex within practical range. The Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters, PGA Frisco, FC Dallas, the State Fair of Texas, the Sixth Floor Museum, the George W. Bush Presidential Library, the Dallas Zoo, and the Perot Museum are all reachable. Spring and fall deliver the most comfortable North Texas conditions. Reserve ahead for major DFW event weekends.
