- You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a cabin or RV Site.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.Quite Hours Policy
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
- If we have to call the authorities once for a disturbance at your site, you will be required to leave.
- No loud music is allowed at any time.Rates Policy
- Rates are based upon 2 people per site.
- Extra adults 18 years and older will be billed at $5 per night.
- Max total in RV 4 total.
- All minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times in RVs and on resort property.
- Minors riding a bicycle, scooters, etc. must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- No additional guests are allowed without prior authorization from the RV Management.
- Occupants are to be original guests only.
- Payment may be made by cash, credit card, or money order (no checks accepted).
- You may change your arrival date 1 time prior to arrival but Jackie's Place RV Resort cannot guarantee the same site that was originally requested (the new arrival date must be within 1 year of the original reservation).
- Upon request, daily or weekly reservations may request a camp voucher to be used within 1 year of your original arrival date. (Extended stay reservation excluded on camp vouchers).Pets Policy
- Well-behaved pets are welcome at Jackie's Place RV Resort.
- Maximum of 2 pets per RV site.
- They must be kept on a leash and cannot be left outside unattended.
- Dog waste must be picked up immediately
- Doggy stations with bags and trash are provided for your convenience.
- No aggressive behavior will be permitted by any animal.
- Aggressive breeds are not permitted.
- Service animals are required to have official paperwork.Vehicle Policy
- Speed limit 5 MPH
- Vehicles parked in the empty site and/or coned sites will be towed at the owner's expense.
- You are allowed 1 vehicle on your site unless a 2" vehicle fits completely on your concrete site.
- Do not park in the grass any time.
- Entrance mats need to be confined to the paved area of the site.
- Do not cover the grass.
- No vehicle repairs shall be made on premises.RIG AND/SITE APPEARANCE Policy
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and/or condition.
- RVs 10 years and older are subject to management approval.
- It is mandatory that your sewer and gray water hose have the sewer connections (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gasses from escaping.
- No campfires allowed.
- BBQ grills are permitted.
- No clotheslines, siting, window a/c units, trash cans, or any type of permanent structures.
- Jackie's Place RV Resort is intended for temporary housing only and should give that appearance.
- You may stay as long as you wish, but be sure your site remains uncluttered.
- Vehicles or RVs may be washed for a water usage fee (please call the office to make payment) or you may come to the office for information regarding licensed RV washing companies.
- All repairs on vehicles and/or RVs must be approved by management.Golf Carts Policy
- Golf carts must observe the speed limit.
- You must be a licensed driver to operate a golf cart on Jackie's Place RV Resort property (absolutely no exceptions).Cabins Policy
- No pets are ALLOWED IN CABINS AND/OR PORCHES (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- NO SMOKING.
- Maximum of 2 quests per cabin.
- Cabins may not be sublet.
- Rules and regulations set for the RV site also apply to the cabins.Guest Policy
- You are responsible for your guests.
- Please advise them of Jackie's Place RV Resort's rules and guidelines.
- Failure to observe and adhere to the park guidelines may result in non-renewal of your site/cabin.
- Blatant disregard of park guidelines and/or offensive behavior may result in premature termination of your stay with NO REFUND.
- Public intoxication will not be tolerated.No Liability Policy
- User hereby indemnifies, releases, and holds campground, its officers, owners, employees, and agent (the Campground parties”) harmless from any property damage, personal, injury, claims, causes of actions, damages, loss, expenses, and/or liabilities (hereafter collectively, “loss”) arising out of or related to users use of the RV site, the property and/or any condition thereon, regardless of whether such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the campground parties.
- Jackie's Place RV Resort guests are financially responsible for all damages to park property or other guests' property.
- You may not assign or sublet your site and or cabin.
- You are being provided services under a site services agreement. You are not under a landlord/tenant agreement.
- Theft of services law applies according to Texas law.
- If your RV does not meet our standards, we will not permit you to stay.
- Jackie’s Place RV Resort, its employees, or its agents may at their discretion refuse space for rent without reason at any time.
- Renter shall have 24 hrs to vacate.
- Failure to comply will result in all utilities and electricity being disconnected immediately.
- Electricity and water are property of Jackie's Place RV Resort.
- Failure to pay rent due is considered “theft of service” Texas penal code 31.04 & criminal trespass 30.0Pool Policy
- No pets in the pool or in the gated pool area.
- NO running or horseplay of any kind.
- NO diving.
- No food or drinks.
- NO glass containers.
- NO alcoholic drinks.
- Shower before coming to the pool.
- Children 14 years old and younger MUST be accompanied by an ADULT at all times.
- Please understand, if your child is 14 years or older they are not considered an adult and should not be left in charge of children under the age of 14.
- Apply suntan lotion, spray, or any type of oil at least 30 minutes before entering the
