Firefly Hills in Beattyville, KY, offers 13 full-hookup back-in RV sites with 30 and 50-amp service and room for rigs up to 70 feet. Every site is a back-in carrying water, sewer, and electric with site-delivered WiFi and a fire pit. The park is rated big rig friendly, open all year, and explicitly LGBTIQA+ friendly. Laundry, a bathhouse with showers, a general store, firewood, a community fire pit, and RV storage cover the practical side. Pets are welcome, with a dog park and a playground. A pond, walking trails, pickleball, and gaga ball fill the wooded grounds, with hiking and kayaking close by. Beattyville sits in Lee County in the eastern Kentucky mountains, minutes from some of the most concentrated outdoor terrain in the Appalachian South: Red River Gorge, Natural Bridge State Park, Clifty Wilderness, Daniel Boone National Forest, Muir Valley, and Hollerwood Offroad Adventure Park. Registration and Arrival
Check-In
- Check-in is at 2 pm
- Check-out is at 11 am.
- Late checkout may be available for a fee.
- All visitors must be registered.
- You must be 21 years or older to reserve a site
- You are guaranteed a site but you will not receive an RV site number until check-in unless you have used the site lock feature when the reservation was placed.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.Vehicle Policy
- Only two vehicles are allowed per reservation, additional vehicle/trailer tags may be purchased if space is available.
- Please let us know in advance if you have additional vehicles/trailers.Quiet Hours

- All pets must have vaccination records and must be available upon request.
- All pets must wear an ID tag identifying the owner
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and under the control of their owner unless in dog park
- Guests are responsible for their pets and should “clean up” after them, immediately.Electricity Policy

- Our rates for the RV and Glamping sites do NOT include electricity.
- Each site has a meter that is read remotely by our system and charges you accordingly.
