The extra-large pull-throughs handle the biggest rigs on the road. A cabin and three tent sites round out the accommodations. A general store, laundry, dump station, RV storage, clubhouse, restrooms, and showers handle the practical side, with WiFi throughout. The season runs April 1 through October 31. On-site amenities are straightforward — a clubhouse, walking trails, and biking from the property. The setting does the rest: the Madison Valley's open sightlines put the surrounding ranges in view from the sites, and the dark sky is the property's namesake. At 6,800 feet with no light pollution for dozens of miles and over 300 days of sunshine a year, the night sky here has genuine depth. Pets are welcome. Ennis sits in Madison County between the Madison and Gravelly Ranges, on one of the most storied fly fishing rivers in the American West. Yellowstone's west entrance is about 90 minutes southeast, and the preserved gold rush towns of Virginia City and Nevada City are 14 miles west. Fishing season and midsummer drive peak demand — reserve early for July and August.
