Campground rules and policies

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
• RV check-in is after 1:00 PM. All guests must register at the office. No check-ins are permitted after 9:00 PM.
• RV check-out is before 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available with approval; a $25 fee applies without prior approval.
• If arriving late, call 726-213-3689.
• While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.RESORT RULES
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Generators are prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is five registered guests, including visitors, unless management approves otherwise.
• Visitors must register at the office; amenity use may require a daily fee.
• Resort speed limit is 10 mph.
• ATVs, dirt bikes, go-carts, minibikes, and skateboards are prohibited. Approved golf carts require liability insurance and drivers age 16 or older with a valid license.
• The hot tub is for adults age 18 and older.
• Bicycles and e-bikes must remain on hard surfaces and designated roads. Lights are required after dark; children must follow helmet and supervision rules.
• Keep sites neat. Temporary fences, kennels, shade structures, screen rooms, canopies, tarps, decks, steps, or outdoor storage are not permitted.
• Bag and seal trash. Leave it at the front of the site only between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM or use the dumpsters near the exit.
• Pets must be leashed outside the RV, may not be left unattended, and are not permitted in the pool area, pickleball courts, restrooms, or lounge. Maximum two pets. Clean up after pets.
• Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and mixes of these breeds are prohibited. Management may deny any aggressive or disruptive animal.
• Smoking is prohibited inside resort facilities.
• RVs must be registered and in good condition. Tents, pop-ups, A-frames, truck campers, converted school buses, and converted trailers are not permitted. RVs 10 years or older require management approval.
• Cargo trailers and watercraft are not permitted at campsites.
• Do not park on streets, grass, or vacant sites.
• RV washing is prohibited.
• Report all accidents and incidents to the resort office.
• Children age 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult in the clubhouse, store, fitness center, pickleball courts, and pool.
