In Gulf Shores, Alabama—on Alabama's 32-mile Gulf Coast where Gulf State Park's pristine white sand beaches, the Waterville USA water park, the OWA amusement park and entertainment district, and the Fort Morgan Peninsula's Civil War fortifications create the family and outdoor recreation destination that Baldwin County's Alabama Gulf Coast has built into one of the South's most popular beach resort communities—Two Lakes RV Resort provides 110 premium full hookup sites on 16-by-80-foot concrete pads with 50-amp service, water, and sewer, a heated outdoor pool open daily, a large clubhouse with a kitchen, fitness center, and laundry, high-speed fiber optic WiFi, cable TV, a dog park, a pickleball court, gazebos, a community firepit and grill, and the gated access that a deeded-lot resort maintaining its infrastructure for both seasonal renters and permanent lot owners requires in the Gulf Shores resort market. Concrete pads and fiber WiFi. Heated pool. Gulf State Park is minutes away. The 110 premium sites on 16-by-80-foot concrete pads—50-amp electric with water and sewer, fiber optic high-speed WiFi, and cable TV—deliver the resort infrastructure standard at the site level that Gulf Shores' competitive RV resort market demands for the motorcoach traveler whose Alabama Gulf Coast week centers on the beach days and the Waterville USA water park afternoons. The heated outdoor pool's 9-to-9 daily operation accommodates the pre-beach and post-beach swimmer, the rainy Gulf day's water recreation alternative, and the December-to-February snowbird whose outdoor pool access in the Alabama winter distinguishes the Gulf Shores stay from the Tennessee winter it replaced. The large clubhouse with kitchen, the fitness center, the laundry, the dog park, and the pickleball court create the resort's daily social and practical infrastructure alongside the gazebos, firepit, and grill that the community outdoor gathering space organizes around. The gated entry serves the deeded-lot ownership community's security standard. Gulf Shores sits in Baldwin County on the Gulf of Mexico at the intersection of AL-59 and AL-182, in the resort community that the 22-mile Perdido Key-to-Fort Morgan Gulf beach corridor sustains alongside Gulf State Park's 6,150 acres of pine forests, freshwater lakes, and 2.5 miles of Gulf beach—the resort park's nature center, the Lake Shelby kayaking and fishing, and the 28 miles of multi-use trails that the state park's non-beach acreage encompasses create the outdoor recreation complement to the Gulf of Mexico swimming and shell collecting that the coastal resort's primary identity centers on. Waterville USA, 5 miles north on AL-59, operates the Gulf Coast's largest water park—the Wave Pool, the Cannonball Run tube slide, and the Splash Zone children's play area create the water park experience that the Gulf Shores family combines with the natural Gulf beach days in the typical Alabama beach week's activity split. OWA Parks & Resort, 15 miles north in Foley, provides the 23-ride amusement park, dining and entertainment district, and Tanger Outlets shopping—the largest new Baldwin County attraction in decades. Fort Morgan, 20 miles west on AL-180, preserves the 19th-century fortification that guarded the entrance to Mobile Bay through the Civil War's Battle of Mobile Bay in August 1864. Two Lakes RV Resort operates year-round in Baldwin County's subtropical Gulf Coast climate, with the summer beach season from Memorial Day through Labor Day the peak visitor period and the winter snowbird season from November through March maintaining the high occupancy that the heated pool and the Gulf Shores mild winter temperatures sustain. Reserve your concrete-pad site at Two Lakes and let the fiber WiFi, the heated pool, and Gulf State Park's 2.5 miles of white sand deliver the Alabama Gulf Coast resort stay that the South's most popular beach community provides at the premium lot standard.
