Las Vegas RV Resort offers 375 full-hookup RV sites roughly four miles from the Strip, with 30 and 50-amp service and rigs accepted up to 100 feet on a big-rig-friendly layout. Five categories run from entry back-ins through standard and premium back-ins to large and deluxe pull-throughs, behind a gated entrance. This is an age-restricted park — all guests must be 18 or older. Three hundred seventy-five sites span entry back-in, standard back-in, premium back-in, large pull-through, and deluxe pull-through categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric on 30 and 50-amp, sized to 100 feet, with picnic tables and site WiFi. A general store stocked with convenience items, Las Vegas merchandise, and RV supplies sits on site, along with laundry, propane fills, a dump station, RV storage, restrooms, and showers. Security is staffed around the clock. The amenity set reflects the premium positioning. A renovated outdoor pool and spa anchor the property, with a fully equipped fitness center, a recreation center, and a clubhouse alongside. Multiple off-leash dog areas serve pet owners, a business center and meeting room handle private events and resort activities, and planned activities run through the calendar. Pets are welcome. The resort sits near Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall on Boulder Highway, in an established local entertainment corridor that runs at a different register than the Strip — better value, less spectacle, and quieter at night, while keeping the full city within easy reach. Open year-round, with the mild winter months and major convention weeks driving the heaviest demand. Reserve ahead for both.

- Las Vegas RV Resort is an adult-only resort.- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.- By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card the deposit due, any costs accrued, and balances not paid at the time of departure.- The resort assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property for any reason.- All rigs are required to have adequate surge protection devices.- Check-in is at noon or after; check-out is by noon. Late check-outs may be charged for another night’s stay.- Park rules apply to all guests and visitors. Rates are subject to change without notice. No refunds are given for the early departure.- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per site. Non-aggressive pets are welcome.
