Lemon Cove Village RV Park in California offers 47 RV sites and 10 tent sites in the Sierra foothills, with 20, 30, and 50-amp service and rigs accepted to 45 feet, open all year. A Van Life Parking category and a water-only tier join full-hookup and water-and-electric pull-throughs, with an outdoor pool, clubhouse, and general store. Forty-seven sites span pull-thru 30-amp, pull-thru 30/50-amp, water-and-electric 30-amp, water only, and Van Life Parking categories, carrying water, sewer, and electric where noted with site WiFi, sized to 45 feet. The Van Life and water-only tiers are genuinely uncommon and right-size for smaller rigs rather than making them pay for space they cannot use. One billing note: rigs 37 feet or longer, or with two or more air conditioners or other high-draw appliances, may be subject to a $10 per night electrical surcharge. Ten tent sites round out the lodging. A general store, boutique shop, laundry, dump station, restrooms, showers, RV storage, boat storage, and recycling handle the practical side. An outdoor pool anchors the property, with a clubhouse, sports courts, volleyball, horseshoes, gem mining, and a dog park filling the rest. Boating and a river are nearby, and the property operates as a wedding venue. Lemon Cove is the most convenient RV gateway to Sequoia and Kings Canyon, on the CA-198 approach along the Kaweah River in Tulare County. Summer fills the parks. Reserve well ahead.

Campground rules and policies

If you are a member of Good Sam or have a Military ID that you would like to use at check in, to receive your 10% discount please specify in the reservation notes when making your reservation. Valid Good Sam membership card/Military ID must be presented at time of check in to receive a discount. Discount is applied at time of payment. Only 1 discount per reservation. If you are a Good Sam member you must present a valid membership card at check-in time to receive a discount. Good Sam discount amount will be refunded to your credit card after check-in through the booking agent you used if you did not make your reservation through our website online.While each Park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.OFFICE HOURS:

- The speed limit is 5MPH.
- No repairs or washing of vehicles are allowed in Park.
- Motorcycles may be used for ingress and egress only. No ATV allowed.PETS:
- Up to 3 Friendly pets are welcome and must be on a leash at all times.
- Certain breeds are not accepted due to insurance purposes (please call ahead if you have a question about your pet).
- No pet pens. Pets are not permitted in buildings or pool areas.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Poop bags are provided at Pet Park.
- All pets must have proof of current vaccinations.
- Noisy or aggressive pets must be removed from the Park.
- Please do not leave pets unattended at any time or tie pets to the Park trees or fixtures.
- Owners are responsible for the actions of their pets.CHILDREN:
- Parents/Guardians are Responsible for their children at all times.
- Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to roam the Park grounds and facilities un-chaperoned! Please know where your children are at all times.FIRES/BBQ/FIREWORKS:
- No fireworks allowed. BBQ grills are permissible.WEAPONS:
- No display, discharge, or possession of a gun, knife, or other weapon is allowed.SMOKING:
- Smoking is not permitted inside Park buildings. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in designated receptacles and not on the Park grounds.SKATES/SKATEBOARDS:
- Skating and skateboarding are not allowed in the Park.POOL:
- Pool hours during swimming season Mon-Sun 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
- PROPER ATTIRE, SWIMSUITS ONLY.
- No children under 16 are allowed without adult supervision.
- No alcohol is allowed in the pool area.
- MANAGEMENT & OWNERS ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY/ LIABILITY for injury, accidents, or losses that may occur on Park grounds.LAUNDRY/SHOWER ROOMS:

- Please do not park in any areas other than that designated for your site or guest parking.HOOK-UPS:
- Full hook-ups include water, sewer, and 50/30 AMP services. Leaking water will not be tolerated.CABLE SERVICE:
- Sorry, no cable is provided in the town of Lemon Cove.SANITARY DUMPING:
- No grease, paper, or solids may be deposited into the sewer. Dispose of drained and bagged garbage in provided dumpster.CHECK-IN/OUT TIME:
- Check-in time is 3 pm. If early check-in is required, please call ahead to check if your site is ready.
- You will be charged the full daily rate if checking in before 12 pm.
- You will be charged $25.00 if you check in early between 12 pm and 3 pm.
- If checking in after office hours, please pick up your check-in packet with your site number and make payment at the KIOSK by the front door.
- Check-out time is 11:00 am. If checking out after 11 am, you will be charged $40.00 for check-out between 11 am - 2 pm.
- You will be charged the full daily rate if checking out between 2 pm - 3 pm.
- Space must be vacated no later than 3 pm for the next guest.WIFI:
