Parkhaven Estates in Mesa, AZ, offers 91 full-hookup back-in RV sites with 30 and 50-amp service and room for rigs up to 55 feet. Every site is a standard back-in carrying water, sewer, and electric. This is a 55+ community, completely renovated in 2017. Laundry, a bathhouse with showers, and RV storage cover the practical side. Pets are welcome, with a dog park. The recreation is built for an active winter season: an outdoor pool, a hot tub and sauna, a fitness center, a clubhouse, a recreation center, a library, sport courts, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, billiards, and picnicking. Mesa's East Valley has long been a winter haven for active adults, and Parkhaven sits in the middle of it, within easy reach of Greater Phoenix while keeping the settled feel of an established community. Everything a long stay needs — supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, a mall, a university — is minutes away. Rates for monthly and seasonal stays are on the booking page. Confirm the 55+ requirement before reserving, and book early for November through March.

Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is 1:00 pm.
- Check-out time is 11:00 am.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.RV Terms and Conditions
- 1. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- 2. Please obey all speed limit and traffic signs.
- 3. Resort management reserves the right, at their sole discretion to require any person to leave the property for reasons such as but not limited to; disrespect to management or other guests, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, objectionable behavior, or violation of any guideline.
- No refunds will be given.
- 4. Registered guest is responsible for the conduct of all individuals in their party and visitors.
- This includes damages to the site or resort property.
- 5. Resort management, with sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse check-in of any RV, or, require removal of any RV from the property due to condition or age.
- Unlicensed or inoperable RV’s are expressly prohibited.
- 6. No mechanical repairs are allowed on site.
- 7. Only one RV allowed per site.
- 8. Smoking is not allowed in any resort buildings or common areas including the pool.Pet Policy
- 1. Per the county ordinance, pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outside of your RV.
- Extendable leashes are not permitted.
- Pets are allowed on your site only or in designated pet areas.
- Pets must be supervised at all times.
- Please be advised that pets found unsupervised in the resort will be reported to county animal control.
- 2. There is a 40-pound weight limit on all dogs, if you have an ESA animal, please present current physicians note
- 3. Guests are required to pick up after their pets.
- Failure to comply can result in a fine and/or require removal of the pet from the resort.
- 4. Excessive barking or noise from pets is not allowed.
- Failure to comply will at the sole discretion of resort management require you to remove your pet from the resort.
- 5. Aggressive behavior by pets is strictly prohibited.
- If a pet bites or injures a person or other pet, or, in the sole discretion of resort management displays aggressive or threatening behavior deemed dangerous, the pet must be removed from the property promptly.
