General Applicability
- All regular park rules apply to Extended Stay rules as well.Eligible RV Types
- Extended Stay applies to motorhomes, 5th wheels, and bumper pull campers (herein called RV), excluding truck campers, and pop-ups.Extended Stay Site Eligibility
- Extended Stay rules apply to RV sites only, and no extended cabin stays will be allowed.
- Extended Stay rules will have restrictions on the quality and operational status of any RV.
- A maximum of 8 sites will be allowed to be designated as extended stay sites.Site Occupancy (Extended Stay)

- Extended Stay sites can have no more than 2 motorized 4-wheel vehicles and one motorized 2-wheel vehicle.
- All vehicles parked at a site must be parked on the gravel or concrete of that site.
- No parts of the vehicle can be left on the road.Prohibited Structures (Extended Stay)
- Absolutely no underpinning, portable or permanent structures such as pavilions, carports, steps, fencing, signs, clotheslines, etc., at any time.Violation Enforcement
- Park management reserves the right to demand removal of any items that violate the Extended Stay Rules.
- Once notified in writing of a violation, the guests have 7 days to completely remedy the violation or remove all items from the premises.
- Any items left on the site after 7 days can and will be impounded and moved by the Park Manager, at the Guest’s expense.Extended Stay Rates & Payment
- Extended Stay monthly rates apply for a maximum of 2 adults, with additional fees charged for up to 2 additional people.
- This is at the Park Manager's discretion.
