- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.Lodging Policy
- If you intend to arrive before your check-in time, please notify our office.
- We will make every effort to have your campsite available.
- However, we cannot guarantee its availability until check-in.
- We ask that you honor our check-out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next arriving guests.Not Permitted
- Personal golf carts are not allowed.
- Exemptions are made for guests with a disability.
- Must have a handicap placard and be able to show proof of insurance.
- Fireworks.
- Firearms - this includes BB guns, Airsoft, and pellet guns.
- Metal detectors.
- Drones - for safety purposes, we do not allow drones to be flown in our park.
- We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Vehicle repairs (including oil change, etc.) of vehicles and RVs are not permitted in the park.
- You may check the local listings for businesses that provide these services.Firewood
- Firewood is not permitted to be brought into the park.
- We have wood for sale in the ranger station.Pets Policy
- Pets are welcome at Jellystone Park™ Columbus North.
- Pets must be leashed at all times.
- Please pick up after your pets.
- Please limit pets to two (2) per site.
- Pets are allowed to swim only in the creek.
- Leaving pets unattended at the site is prohibited.
- Please read the guidelines below as they vary by accommodation type.
- Two (2) pets are allowed per site.
- While there’s no charge for having a pet stay with you in your RV, please do not leave your pet unattended outside or erect any fence or pen around your site.
- Sorry, pets are not allowed on tent sites.
- If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it at home.
- If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior, the owner or management of the park will ask you to please find other camping accommodations.Cabins or Lodges
- Let us know that you’re bringing a pet, and we’ll book you into a pet-friendly cabin or lodge, subject to availability.
- We charge a $25 non-refundable cleaning deposit per pet per stay (2 Pet Limit).
- We do not charge a pet fee for RV sites.
- Unfortunately, if your pet persuades you to sneak him or her into a non-pet cabin or lodge, you will be liable for $300 in cleaning charges.Parking
- All vehicles must be parked on your site and on the gravel.
- No parking in empty sites.
- Additional parking is at the ranger station, if needed.Speed Limit
- Please observe the posted 5 mph speed limit and one-way directional signs.
- Be cautious of children playing.Bicycles
- Children must wear a bicycle helmet at all times while riding in the resort.
- Please obey all traffic signs, including one-way directional signs.Quiet Time
- 11 PM – 8 AM
- If you are staying up during quiet hours, please refrain from excessive noise and wandering around the resort.
- Please remember that we are a family resort and that appropriate language, behavior, and attire must be maintained at all times.Site Occupancy
- Only one (1) RV or tent is allowed per campsite (excluding group tent sites).
- Campsites (RV and tent) allow for a maximum of eight (8) people per site.
- Maximum occupancy for cabins is the maximum number of people they are rated to sleep.Tent Policy
- We offer water and electric tent sites and group tent sites.
- These site types are the only sites in the park that will allow tenting.
- Tents may not be placed on cabin sites or other undesignated areas.Smoking
- We do not allow smoking in any buildings on our property, including cabins.
- If you smoke inside our lodging units, cabins, or rentals, you will be charged a one-time cleaning fee of $250.Safety After Dark
- To ensure all our guests’ safety after dark, please carry a flashlight with you.Trash and Garbage
- We now offer curbside pickup of all bagged garbage 8 am – 11 pm.
- Please place all garbage in designated dumpsters after 11 pm.
- Charcoal is to be dumped in the fire ring at your site or cabin.Ground Disposal
- Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by state law.
- Waste water from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains.
- Do not put grease down the sewer.Sewer Connections
- Sewer connections are required by state law and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut (or sewer ring) or a screw-type connector.Photos and Videos
- Entrance to Jellystone Park™ constitutes permission for the management of Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resorts to photograph and/or videotape the visitor.
- All his/her guests while on the premises and to use pictures/videos for lawful purposes without credit or acknowledgment to the visitor.
- Your signature, provided at your check-in, gives Jellystone Park™ Columbus North, its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use any picture, portrait, image, video, or photograph in all forms and media and in all manners.
- Including composite, for advertising, publication, or any other lawful purposes.
- You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including a written copy, which may be created in connection therewith.Swimming Lake, Pool, and Water Zone Areas
- No lifeguard is on duty.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older).
- Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area.
- Only bathing suits are permitted in the pool.
- No cotton material is permitted (i.e., cut-offs, t-shirts, etc.).Fishing License
- A fishing license is not required to fish in our private lake.
- However, if you choose to fish in the creek, an Ohio fishing license is required.Guest Flag Display Policy
- At Jellystone Park™ Columbus North, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
- To maintain a consistent and family-friendly environment, we ask that guests limit flag displays at campsites to the following:

- The American flag (displayed in accordance with U.S. Flag Code)
- State and local flags
- Military and first responder flags (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, POW/MIA, police, fire, EMS)
- Great Escapes RV Resorts-branded flags
- To ensure a positive experience for all, we kindly ask guests to refrain from displaying flags outside of these categories.Special Event Considerations
- Great Escapes RV Resort may permit additional flag displays during themed celebrations or special events.
- Any temporary exceptions will be communicated in advance by the resort management.Policy Enforcement
- If a flag outside the approved categories is displayed, resort staff will provide a courteous reminder of this policy.
- Guests may be asked to remove non-compliant flags to maintain our shared community standards.

- Visitors may purchase a day-use pass and are required to check in at the office upon arrival.

- You can secure your reservation with a 50% deposit today, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your stay.Minimum Reservation
- During peak season, there is a two (2) night minimum reservation for all campsites.
- Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day) require a three (3) night minimum reservation.Site Lock Fee
- When booking your reservation, we will assign you a cabin or RV site based on the type you selected.
- If you want a specific cabin or RV site, and it is available, you can reserve it with a $35 Site Lock fee.
- This fee is non-refundable.
