Ozark RV Park and Cabins in Mountain View, Arkansas, offers 67 full-hookup RV sites and four cabins adjacent to the Ozark Folk Center State Park, with 20, 30, and 50-amp service, cable TV, ADA-accessible sites, and rigs accepted to 67 feet on a big-rig-friendly layout. Back-in and pull-through categories join a recreation center, walking trails, community fire pit, and dog park. Sixty-seven sites span back-in 30-amp, back-in, and pull-thru categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric with cable TV and site WiFi, sized to 67 feet, with fire pits and picnic tables. Accessible sites are available. A general store, laundry, dump station, restrooms, showers, and firewood handle the practical side. One pricing detail: rates cover four people, with a $2 per person charge above that and an eight-person maximum per site. A recreation center, billiards, walking trails, hiking, and a dog park fill the grounds, with planned activities through the season and boating nearby. Pets are welcome. Mountain View is the undisputed folk music and traditional crafts capital of the Ozarks. Square dancing still happens on the courthouse square on summer weekends, and the regional traditions here are preserved as genuine living practice rather than nostalgia — musicians gather informally around the square most warm evenings. The park connects directly to the Ozark Folk Center State Park, with Blanchard Springs Caverns and the White and Buffalo Rivers close. Spring and fall bring the most comfortable Ozark conditions and the fullest music calendar, with foliage drawing October crowds. Reserve well ahead for festival weekends.

Check-in Procedure
- Check OUT time is 11:00 a.m. the day you are scheduled to leave.
- Check IN time is 1:00 p.m. the day of your arrival.
- Normal calendar days will require a 50% deposit to hold your site (based on your total reservation cost).
- Special event weekends and/or Holidays will require a minimum 3-night stay and a deposit as indicated above to hold your site.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.Early Departure Policy
- Unfortunately, we do not give refunds for early departures.
- We also do not give refunds for inclement weather or any other change of plans whether it was of your choosing or other circumstances.Children Policy

- They are and we love animals ourselves.
- We have a great enclosed "Dog Park" for our furry friends to use with poop bag containers for your convenience.
- We do ask that you use your own poop bags or the ones supplied by the RV Park to clean up behind your furry friend.
- It's not nice to step in it when it got left behind! I'm sure you understand.
- We do have the right to terminate your stay should your furry friend cause trouble in the park with other patrons or other furry friends owned by said patrons.
- You must keep your dog on a leash at all times when walking in the Park.

- Recreational vehicles must be in good condition and well maintained.
- Campsite must remain free from trash, waste, or debris of any kind.
- Only wood and paper products can be burned in the firepits.
- All cans, bottles, and items that will not burn should be disposed of in a trash bag or trash can.
- Upon departure, all trash should be disposed of in the campground trash receptacle located at the front of the Park.Cabins Policy
- NO SMOKING IN THE CABINS - If there is the residue of smoke upon your check-out - your credit card will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee and you will be blocked from renting in the future.
- Guests are responsible for keeping the Cabins clean during their stay as there is no daily maid service.
- If any missing items or damage is done to the Cabin interior, furniture, linens, or equipment during your stay - the cost of repairs will be charged to the guest's credit card.

- Any damages to campground property or trash removal from the camper’s site will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Any damages to any properties owned by Ozark RV Park will be charged to the guest via the credit card on file.Insurance Policy

- Please do NOT throw any cigarette butts, paper towels, flushable or non-flushable wipes, washcloths, sanitary tampons, condoms, disposable diapers, or anything plastic or similar non-biodegradables into the toilets in the Cabins nor the toilet in your RV.Speed Limit Policy
- The speed limit throughout the campground is 5 mph.
- Overflow parking is located in front of the Dog Park.

- Guest may host two (2) free visitors per day.
- Visitors are NOT allowed to spend the night without paying the $2.00 per night guest fee.

Initial Deposit:
- At the time of booking, 40% of the reservation balance will be collected.
- Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected.
Scheduled Deposit:
- 0 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected.
