- The park reserves the right, upon 24 hours' notice, to relocate guests to a substantially equivalent site within the park.
- Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gulf Shores RV Park, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of guest's use of the RV site or park facilities, except in cases of gross negligence by the park.Term
- The agreement commences on the check-in date and automatically renews every 28 days unless terminated by either party with appropriate notice.Occupancy Limits
- Rates are based on two (2) persons per site.
- Additional adults (18 years and older) are subject to a $5.00 per night fee.
- Maximum occupancy per RV is four (4) individuals.
- All minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.Payment Schedule
- Rent and electric fees are due at the beginning of each period, daily, weekly, biweekly, or 4-weekly.
- Payments must be made in advance and without demand.Late Fees
- A $25.00 late fee is assessed on the third (3rd) day past the due date.
- Plus $10.00 per day thereafter until the balance is paid in full.

- An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is not returned in a clean condition upon checkout.

- An electric deposit of $150.00 is required upon booking on sites.

- Any damage, whether intentional, due to non-normal usage, or accidental, will require repairs.
- In such cases, your deposit will be used to cover the full cost of the repairs.
