The RV Park at HIPICO Santa Fe in New Mexico offers 50 full-hookup back-in RV sites on a 137-acre property in the high desert foothills south of downtown, with 30 and 50-amp service and rigs accepted to 45 feet, open all year. North 30-amp and south 50-amp sites join private restrooms and showers, with direct access to thousands of acres of public land. Fifty back-in sites run in north 30-amp and south 50-amp categories, both carrying water, sewer, and electric with site WiFi, sized to 45 feet. The two-category structure is straightforward — book by the service your rig needs. The restrooms and showers are private, which is an unusual and genuinely welcome touch. The address is 100 South Polo Drive. The public land access is the differentiator. Thousands of acres open directly off the property for hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian trail riding, with a barn on site and mountain views throughout. Picnicking fills the rest, and a state park is nearby. Pets are welcome. HIPICO is Santa Fe's equestrian center, which shapes the property's character — this is a working horse facility with an RV park on it rather than a campground that happens to allow horses. Show weekends bring a distinctive energy, and riders who travel with their own animals have infrastructure here that almost no RV park can match. Downtown Santa Fe is 20 minutes away — the Plaza, Canyon Road's galleries, the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, and one of the most culturally celebrated small cities in America. Campground rules and policies

Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time: 1:00 pm (MT on the scheduled date of arrival).
- Check-out time: 11:00 am (MT unless other arrangements have been made with the HIPICO office in advance).
- HIPICO Santa Fe is committed to providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
- We ask that you read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions before booking your stay with us.
- We understand plans change and allow for one change in reservation dates for the same number of nights as the original booking without penalty or change fee, subject to date availability.
- The guest will be responsible for any additional fees owed for any nightly rate difference.
- No credits will be issued for future stays.
- Subsequent date changes to the reservation will incur a $50 fee per date change.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.Occupancy

- Please keep your RV site area neat and organized.Site Appearance Rules
- Only customary patio/lawn furniture and accessories may be left outside the RV.
- No other items may be stored under or around the RV.Skirting Regulations
- Only winter skirting may be attached to the RV and the surrounding ground.
- No other structures may be attached to the ground or the RV.
- Use of proper winter skirting is required, and tarps may not be used in the RV Park for any reason.Usage Policy
- Customers shall use their RV and site for recreational purposes only and shall not use their RV and site as a permanent residence.Sewer Connections
- All sewer connections must be tight and leak-free.
- All water connections must be leak-free.
- All electrical wiring outside of your RV must be up to code and must have a proper connection to the power panel.Gray Water
- Dumping of gray water or black water on the ground or leaky connections is strictly prohibited.Garbage
- All garbage must be bagged and placed in the trash bins provided in the RV Park.
- Storing of trash/garbage in vehicles or outside of the RV is not permitted.
- RV guests may not use the HIPICO dumpster on site.Pets Policy
- Pets must be accompanied by a responsible individual over the age of 12 years when on leash outside of the RV.
- All dogs must be on leash at all times when outside the RV unless crated/kenneled.
- All pet waste is to be cleaned up as soon as deposited anywhere on site.
- We reserve the right to exclude pets from the RV Park if we deem the pet to be a problem for other guests, staff or the facility grounds.
- Aggressive or barking dogs will not be allowed to remain at the RV park.
- The pet owner is solely responsible for any damage done by the pet to persons or property.Vehicles
- Three vehicles, including the RV, are permitted per RV site, provided they fit within the site dimensions.
- Vehicles may not be parked in empty RV sites for any reason or length of time - no exceptions.Management Rights
- Management reserves the right to restrict or deny the use of any portion of the HIPICO facility.
- Any guest in violation of the RV Park rules may have their stay terminated without refund and their property removed from the RV Park at their expense.
- Management’s decisions in all disputes are deemed final.Policy Acknowledgment
- HIPICO Santa Fe retains the right to alter and modify any of the RV Park Rules at any time.
- When you complete your booking, you accept these Terms and any other policies that you’re provided with during the booking process and throughout your stay.
