- Permian Basin RV Park reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.
- Harassment, hate speech, or mistreatment of staff or other guests will not be tolerated.
- By staying at Permian Basin RV Park, guests acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and all members of their party.Payment Policy
- All balances must be paid in full before check-in.
- Unpaid balances may be charged to any card on file.
- By providing a payment method and using the services or staying on the property, the guest expressly authorizes the business to charge the card on file for any unpaid balances, applicable fees, damages, or policy violations incurred during or related to their stay, without requiring additional notice or consent.
- Any balance unpaid after Day 5 of the reservation will incur a $5 per day late fee until the balance is paid in full.

- Damages such as broken furniture, lost keys, or remotes will be charged to the card on file.Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome.
- Pets must be leashed or in a carrier at all times in public areas.
