Large, medium, and standard pull-through categories mean no backing at any site — and 135 feet accommodates anything on the road. Forty sites run in standard, medium, and large pull-through categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric on 20, 30, and 50-amp with site WiFi, sized to 135 feet. Sizing categories by rig class rather than amenity tier is genuinely fair — a compact trailer does not pay for space it cannot use, and a 100-foot coach with a tow knows exactly where it fits. One hundred thirty-five feet is among the most generous length allowances anywhere. The amenity set is deliberately spare, which keeps rates well below the resort properties on the water while leaving the lake minutes away. Offroading is nearby. Pets are welcome. Camden County sits at the center of Lake of the Ozarks, the most heavily used recreational lake system in the Midwest — 1,150 miles of shoreline, more than the entire California coast. Sunrise Beach is on the western arm, with marinas, restaurants, and boat access all around, and Ha Ha Tonka State Park's castle ruins and springs a short drive south. Summer lake season drives the heaviest demand and fills the corridor. Reserve well ahead for Memorial Day through Labor Day, with far easier availability in the spring and fall.
