A recreation center, laundry, propane, and dog park sit 15 minutes from downtown Portland. One hundred seventy-four sites run in back-in and pull-through categories, both carrying water, sewer, and electric on 30 and 50-amp. Two categories keep booking simple — confirm length limits with the park for your rig. Two apartments and houses plus cabins round out the lodging. A laundry, propane fills and exchange, restrooms, and showers handle the practical side. A recreation center and dog park fill the grounds. The amenity set is deliberately practical rather than resort-scale, which is right for a park whose guests are here for the metro area and the Gorge rather than for on-site programming. A river and lake are nearby. Pets are welcome. The Washington side of the Columbia offers a real advantage over Oregon addresses: no state income tax on the Washington side and no sales tax across the bridge in Oregon, which is a combination frequent travelers and extended-stay guests notice. Downtown Vancouver, the Vancouver waterfront, and Fort Vancouver are all close, downtown Portland is 15 minutes, and the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area is 30. Summer is peak in the Pacific Northwest, when the Gorge and the Cascades are at their best. Demand also runs steadily year-round from extended-stay and work travel. - Allowed: Yes, pets are welcome.
- Leash Policy: Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet.
- Waste Disposal: Animal waste must be picked up immediately; waste bags are provided.
- Pet Areas: Pets may be walked throughout the park and in designated pet areas.
- Restrictions: Pets must not be left unattended, left alone in the RV for extended periods, fenced, penned, chained, or tethered on park property.
- Pet pens, cages, runs, and kennels are not permitted.
- Facilities Access: Pets are not permitted in park facilities (except service dogs with documentation).
- Noise Policy: Barking dogs may lead to removal from the property.
- Extended Stay Pet Fees: $50 per pet; up to two (2) pets per site.RV & Vehicle Requirements

- Park within your site line; no overhanging of the slide-out on the grass.
- All RVs must be fully self-contained.

- Guest Responsibility: Sites must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Restrictions on Items: Tents, extra refrigerators, freezers, boxes, coolers, clotheslines, garbage cans, or other debris are prohibited outside RV space; toys must be stored neatly.
- Furniture & Structures: Only appropriate RV patio furniture is allowed; additions like porches, decks, gazebos, siding, tarps, etc. are not allowed.
- Handicapped ramps or stairs require management approval.
- Plants: Limited to maximum of 6 potted plants OR 3 planter boxes per site.Site
- Sites are marked from power pole to power pole.
- Respect your neighbors' space and keep all belongings and vehicles within your designated area.
- Only appropriate outdoor RV furniture is allowed.
- Alterations or additions such as gazebos, porches, decks, tarps, lockers, etc., are not permitted.
- Toys & bikes must be stored neatly out of sight.
- Plants limited to 3 potted or planter boxes.
- No utility trailer, boat, or dirt bike storage on sites.
- No tarps, extra refrigerators, freezers, coolers, boxes, clotheslines, garbage cans, or debris outside.
- Non-compliance may result in a $250 fine; repeat offenders may be asked to leave.Sewer
- Sewer lines must be off the ground and on a sewer track for proper flow.
- No leaking.Vehicles
- One street-legal vehicle in addition to your RV per site.
- Additional vehicles may be allowed at management’s discretion with a fee.
- Vehicles must be in good operating condition, no leaks, and current tags.
- Oversized vehicles (e.g., work trucks) are not permitted.
- Vehicles must be parked entirely within your site and on pavement.
- RV repair or vehicle repair is not permitted in the park.
- No utility trailer or boat parking/storage without written management approval.Smoking / Fireworks
- No smoking inside park facilities or around buildings.
- Ashtrays located outside for proper disposal.
- Cigarette butts left around may incur a $10 fine per butt.
