We had a great stay at Outdoorsy Hill Country. The check in process was easy and efficient. Cars are not allowed throughout the rest of the property so you can either rent a golf cart or the staff can pick you up/drop you off at your tent throughout your stay. The tents are spacious and very comfortable. We normally do traditional camping but I’m sold on glamping after our stay. Anthony and Kailei were the nicest folks and so accommodating. We enjoyed talking with them and their hospitality is the main reason we will be back in the future.

This was our first time as guests to Outdoorsy Hill Country. The resort is new, so it is in great condition. We were greeted by a member of the Outdoorsy Company and were later introduced to Kaylee who had checked us in for our stay. She, along with GM Sabrina helped us with our belongings to take to our tent. I highly recommend renting the golf cart for your stay as the property is large and vehicles are not permitted by your tent. Plus, it's nice to drive the property and take in its beauty. We rented the 4-person tent, and it was great. Clean, well-stocked, kitchenette, Solo Stove for Smores as well as AC. August in Hill Country can get hot, so the tent did warm up a bit in the afternoon but cooled off perfectly at night. The Game Hall and Bar Tent are fabulous. Kaylee was there to pour us whatever we wanted. She makes a great drink! She also provided word searches and a scavenger hunt for our daughter. This place is definitely family friendly. We did speak with Anthony who is also on staff, and he was great as well. The staff at OHC made us feel welcome and were very accommodating. OHC is close to wineries, children's activities, dance halls, shopping and hiking. If you're looking to get out of the city and take in the Texas Hill Country scenery, we highly recommend this place.

This was the perfect getaway and vacation for me and my best friend. We truly enjoyed getting to be out in nature and the beautiful views of the property. The staff is fantastic and made us feel welcome while on our trip and the tents had everything you needed to have a wonderful trip. We had games, robes, cooking gear for inside and outside, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker, and coffee/tea pods as well as so much more. Fredricksburg was not far and we got to enjoy many outings during our stay. If you are looking for a nice getaway with the family this is the place to do it!
