This was our first RV experience, and Jellystone Campgrounds Williamsburg itself was AMAZING. There was a glitch upon check in, however, with someone else's address and information mixed in our reservation and I was worried for a moment we might not have a spot. They eventually got it sorted out, but recommended that next time we call them directly to book instead of using Outdoorsy which goes through Spot2nite, which I didn't even know when I booked online. Because of this, Jellystone also couldn't deliver firewood to our spot, which they are famous for, since they didn't have our payment information on file, so I had to go to the office to buy and pick it up myself. Besides that, we had an excellent spot right across from the pool and pavilion, which the kids loved, and a grill with a full tank of propane at our spot with a full patio set. Also, only because we booked over the July 4 weekend, the rates were inflated much higher than usual, but we didn't have any other options by the time we booked. I would stay there again, but next time will call them to book with them directly. All said, 5-stars to Jellystone and 3-stars for Spot2nite.
