Driving

Teton Reservoir Recreation Site is located about 13 miles south of Rawlins in Wyoming. If you intend to drive to this Bureau of Land Management property from Rawlins, all you need to do is drive south on Wyoming Highway 71 for about 13 miles and make a left turn on to BLM Road 3418. Less than a mile along this BLM road, you’ll arrive at the recreation site on the right.

The highway that leads to the park’s area is paved and maintained so guests don’t usually have challenges getting to the junction of the BLM Road. This is because heavy rain and snowmelt make the road muddy and impassable. As a result, the typical use season is between June and November.
