As hard as we fight against it, accidents sometimes happen. But when they do, our dedicated claims team is here to help you get back on the road as quickly as possible. To start the claims process, simply login to your Outdoorsy dashboard and visit the “Booking Details” page. Scroll down to the “Protection” portion and click the “Start your claim” button to submit a statement (see screenshot below). Claims must be submitted within 48 hours following the end of the booking. Once your claim is filed, a member of our claims team will reach out to walk you through the process.
When you file a claim, please make sure you have the following required documents available, or we won’t be able to accept your claim:
- Pre-trip and post-trip photos
- Your most recent 90-day inspection forms
