As hard as we fight against it, accidents sometimes happen. But when they do, our dedicated claims team is here to help you get back on the road as quickly as possible. To start the claims process, simply login to your Outdoorsy dashboard and visit the “Booking Details” page. Scroll down to the “Protection” portion and click the “Start your claim” button to submit a statement (see screen shot below). Claims should be submitted no later than two (2) days following the end of the booking. Once your claim is submitted, a member of our claims team will reach out to walk you through the process.
