How do I make sure I’m receiving emails from owners and/or renters?

“I sent you an email.”

“I didn’t get it.”

We all know how this conversation goes. The real person to blame is actually not a person at all—it’s your faulty internet service provider filtering system.

Consider this your primer on how to get around the system and make sure you never miss an important email from RV renters or owners with announcements, tips and tricks, news, promo codes, payout information, and more. First thing’s first: Be sure to add support@outdoorsy.com and support@outdoorsy.co (yeah, that’s .com and .co) to your email contacts list.

Not sure how to do that? No sweat. We put together a step-by-step guide to help you out. Click your email provider below to jump to that section.
