Outdoorsy has partnered with Coach-Net to offer roadside assistance services to its owners and renters. Renters can add Coach-Net to their reservation for $15/day. Since owners can’t extend their personal Coach-Net coverage to renters, if you don’t already have a third-party roadside assistance service, we encourage you to opt-in to Coach-Net for your travel period….

During pickup, give yourself 30-60 minutes to complete everything….
The renter only sees the pickup address after the reservation has been confirmed on the platform. Until then, the listing only displays the city/state.
