Our renters and owners are careful and conscientious, but let’s not kid ourselves, accidents happen. Any accidental damage should be documented and reported by email to email@example.com within 48 hours of an incident, or upon receipt of a damaged RV.
We’ll need a completed owner’s claim form, photos of the damage, the RV return form and an estimate from your preferred shop—and our expert claims team will handle the rest.
Once the claim is processed, you’ll receive a check from the insurance company covering the cost of the damages, minus your deductible. If your security deposit doesn’t cover the full $1,500 deductible, Outdoorsy will process an additional charge to the renter’s card on file.
