Burns Park Campground

If you want to be at the center of all the excitement that urban life brings, but still be able to rest your eyes on lush greenery and breathe in some fresh air, park your rental RV at one of the campsites at Burns Park Campground. On the outskirts of North Little Rock and surrounded by the beauty of Burns Park on the banks of the Arkansas River, it offers a getaway spot for outdoor lovers traveling through central Arkansas. Campers will find hot showers and restrooms, as well as sites with full or electric and water hookups. Pets are welcome to the campground, and you can take them with you when you go hiking or biking in the park. The park also features an amusement park, miniature golf, batting cages, and several sports complexes.

When you explore the Natural State in a campervan rental, you are in for a treat – the magnificent Ouachita National Forest lies to the west of the campground. Couple it with its northern neighbor, Ozark National Forest, and you will find yourself in a camper’s paradise. In addition to the immense natural treasures of the surrounding region, travelers should find some time to appreciate the interesting attractions of the nearby cities. If you decide to spend the day at North Little Rock, enjoy the rustic beauty of the Old Mill or pay a visit to the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum. Those who cross the river and go to Little Rock can explore the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum or immerse themselves in history at the Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site.
