Bayou Wilderness RV Campground

When you book an RV in Lafayette Parish, you’ll also need a place to stay with it and you, your pets, and your children will all enjoy the Bayou Wilderness RV Campground in the heart of Cajun country in Carencro. The resort is open year-round and offers good interior roads that are either paved or graveled. Resort amenities include an outdoor swimming pool with slides, a tennis court, a playground, walking space, and ponds with fishing. There are also climate-controlled restrooms and showers, laundry facilities, propane service, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. The camp store provides RV supplies, groceries and ice, gifts, and souvenirs. It is open every day.

RV sites can accommodate rigs up to 70 feet. Sites are level and pull-through with full hookups and cable hookups. There are above-ground fire rings at each site, and electrical service is 30/50 amp. Pets are welcome at this Carencro campground, and there are special events held throughout the year, including Mardi Gras and other holiday celebrations. Management maintains an on-site presence, and the grounds are gated and fenced.
