Our experience was great with both Robert and the Trailer. Robert showed my husband how to assemble and disassemble the tent trailer in 15 min and was very easy when we got to our campsite my husband had no issues. We also exchanged texts and Robert was very prompt and helpful. Our entire experience was great and we will definitely be renting again this summer!
