Bad experience. No toilet seal (bathroom smelled of waste/sewage). Broken items. RV was delivered dirty inside and outside. Couldn't use the heater as it let off a very strong burning odor (didnt smell like dust burn off). RV power seemed to be running off of battery vs electrical hookup. We would lose power and have to work the campsite breakers to get the trickle charger reset and battery charged. Returned the RV mid trip and rented another from a different host. Was told I would receive a full refund.

In all, I would not recommend the rental of this trailer. The owner obviously is just trying to make money off of the market without putting out too much money. Everybody is entitled to make a buck. But at least have some pride in the product you are providing while making a buck.Once we went inside it was obvious the trailer had not been cleaned. everything was covered in a film of sand or dirt. There were cobwebs or spiderwebs in some of the corners. My wife and I spent over 90 minutes cleaning counters, sweeping the floor and wiping down the seats. The bed had a plastic protector on it along with two mattress covers that were stained. Jason provided new sheets that were still in the package. Though this might be ok to some, new unwashed sheets are extremely uncomfortable to most.The only blanket we found was under the bed on top of the spare tire. Fortunately my wife brought sheets, a comforter and pillows.There were several things that needed repaired:
The back door window was falling out
The cables to the slide were hanging out and were a trip hazard
There was no smoke detector
The temporary license plates were expired
The lights in the bedroom did not work
The outlets in the front didn't work (the GFI worked fine)
The door frames need bent back, it appeared someone tried to pry open the doors to get in
The bathroom fan was noisy because branches were stuck in the fan
A curtain over the bunk bed was taken down and needs replaced
Microwave door won’t open unless you push the button and pry it open with fingertips

We found Jason to be a delight....and a bit new (like us) to the rv renting business. While his rig was quite new, there were several items in need of repair and/or changing. He answered our questions/problem inquiries right away. I would consider renting from him again.

We felt right at home in the trailer. Plenty of room and loved the "purple haze" lights. Communication was great. We will definitely book with Jason again.

I would say that Jason was very responsive and got back to me very quickly and very accommodating. This is one of the most important things when you’re renting something. The RV was clean. The only two issues that I had was the RV came two hours late. Also, I told JASON this as well but it was hard to unpack my suitcase in the king size bedroom area. There weren’t any drawers to put away my clothes so had to leave out of my suitcase for the trip. I have a lot of clothes so it was challenging to sort through all my clothes each time I need to pull something out of my suitcase. It’s a relatively small thing and I’m sure JASON will fix it.
