Binding Contract executed and paid in full on Aug. 21/2020. and agreement was for owner to deliver the vehicle to us on Aug. 26 evening. We were all packed ready to go, communication stopped abruptly by owner on Aug. 25, contract canceled unilaterally by owner, with no reason stated. Payment refunded on Aug. 25 without even knowing. We were left cold turkey with all vacations plans in place, RV campgrounds payment, reservations and all associated arrangements, etc. Outdoorsy should ask the owner for explaining the situation not the renter and who pays for our unreimbursed expenses. Not trustworthy owner and Dealer.

Owner was quick to give up RV without giving many details about it, when we returned it he had no problem levying over $2,000 worth of charges against us without invoices to back it up. Granted there was some minor damage but not over 2 grand worth of it. The process to dispute this has been so long and arduous that it finally went to arbitration and owner has still not paid his fair share of this back to me. Renters be warned this owner will rip you off.

The RV was easy to learn and drive. The weekend was a great way to try out RV living.
