Jack was great to work with. Very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. However, the vehicle itself left a lot to be desired. We picked it up and drove it home since we weren’t leaving until the following day. When we got home, I checked it out further and noticed the vehicle was just dirty. It appeared that no one cleaned it since the previous use. There were crumbs in the cushions, there was hair in the shower (which accounted for the standing water in the shower when we attempted to use it), the floors were filthy, the fridge had an odor, and even though there was no food in it, it wasn’t cleaned. Additionally, one of the plug outlets didn’t work on the inside, we woke up in the middle of the night to the smoke detector beeping because the batteries were dead, and the awning didn’t lock on one side. It was evident the pictures shown were from stock photos or when the vehicle was brand new. We had an excellent vacation because of where we were and who we were with, but I would not recommend this particular vehicle to anyone.

From start to finish our experience with Jack and his RV was first class. The rig was well stocked and met our needs very well. Jack was patient and explained how everything worked. Highly recommend.

Jack’s Recon Envy was a blast to drive and camp in. Jack is super communicative and responds within a short amount of time. We had a single issue with the sink’s water smelling bad but Jack provided advise on fixing it it. Very comfortable to sleep in for 2 people. If you’re going to try and sleep 4, the other will likely need to be kids or comfortable with less space up in the pop up tent. Overall would recommend.

We loved Jack’s van!! Jack was very helpful and quick to answer our questions. We are considering downsizing from our 5th-wheel and this was a perfect opportunity to try before you buy!! We especially liked the size of van and the additional outside storage. The bed was comfortable and the heat kept us toasty during the chilly nights. The table up front was perfect for eating and playing cards and you are able to move around without having to get out of each other’s way. I was also impressed with the materials Leisure Travel Vans use in their build. Overall we had a great weekend and LTVs have moved to the top of our list!! Thank you again Jack for the opportunity to use your van, looking forward to having one of our own!!

Fantastic experience and the first time for all of us in a camper van! Jack was super helpful and clear about the van and options. The van itself is impressive bc it drives like a compact car but then has all of the amenities of a full out camper van. Highly recommend!!

Jack was great. Even let us keep our car in his garage (we live 1 & 1/2 hours away). Overall, great experience! We borrowed a van tent for extra room an the ability to stand up to get dressed. But not necessary if you are not in your mid 60’s like us!

Jack’s band was great! Although it ended up being possibly a little small for a family of four, we really enjoyed our 3 1/2 week trip camping in it. Jack was also really great at communicating both before and during our trip and I would highly recommend renting from him in the future!

Jack was extremely thorough, helpful and responsive. This was our first RV trip and overall it was a success. The RV could use a deep clean and the back bed did not fully retract which made mobility during the day pretty difficult.
