Our trip went really well. We had a thorough walkthrough with Eric. We had a couple small issues while we were away and Eric was very responsive in helping resolve the issue. The trailer is a little on the older side, but still very functional. The beds were a little rough, but it is an RV not a 5 star hotel. We had full hookups so didn't have to haul a full tank. Eric had the fridge cooling for us and the water tank full upon leaving. I would recommend renting with them and will again.
