The RV was clean, drives well, just the right size for my husband and me. We went to a CA adventure trip to Sequoia, Yosemite and took the Big Sur route back to Southern CA for our wedding anniversary. We had a great time! RV was perfect for the road trip. Matthew was really helpful in answering our questions and very easy to talk to.

Hi, i am not sure what to say, if the fault is the owner or outdoorsy. Outdoorsy site matched me to this RV and i booked it waiting for the owner to respond. i made all the necessary reservations for my trip to Yellowstone. Finally, the owner says the vehicle is not available before 2 days. Now, i am stuck with reservations that i cannot cancel and i am stuck with the cost ($250 odd). I dont understand the logic that when the renter cancels at the last minute, the renter has to to forfeit 25% of the cost but when the owner cancels nothing happens. The renter is left out in the cold. This is ridiculous. i dont know what to say. Maybe, it worked for others but for me it didnt work from the word GO.

Sorry Kiran, I'm still pretty new to Outdoorsy and didn't realize that "INSTAbook" is on by default after publishing a listing. This policy allows renters to reserve your RV immediately without reviewing a request. I made sure to change that so this sort of thing doesn't happen again. I'd definitely agree that cancellation policy is kind of bogus as it can let such a simple thing slip through the cracks at the expense of the renter. I reached out to customer service and explained the situation, hopefully you've received the full refund by now.
