Brian was great to work with. He addressed any questions quickly. Unfortunately, the previous renters tore off his awning and the water tank was leaking. Brian contacted me in advance of the trip about the awning. He was unaware of the leak. I would definitely rent from him again. Just those few issues out of his control is why I did 4 stars.
