The night we picked the motorhome, everything ran fine. We drove less that 60 miles. By the time we got to our destination, the motorhome started smoking, and the was the overflow tube dragging on the ground. When we finally got set up, the generator would not work. I talked multiple times with both Aubrey abd her husband trying to get things to work, but it wouldn't. So we ended up having to turn on the whole motorhome abd cranking the AC that way. Aubrey abd her mechanic came to us to see if they could get the generator to work, with now success. We went a rented a generator so we would at least have some AC. Because of our troubles, Aubrey offered to refund $200. I was told at the latest I'd get it this past Friday, abd I have text and called, with no response. Had everything worked the way we had hopped, this would have been a great motorhome. Just not what we were expecting or paying for. Very disappointed.

Aubrey was great to work with. She responded quickly to questions, was very helpful in showing us how the RV works. Would very happily work with her again.
