Excellent experience! The unit was clean and well stocked! All we needed were our clothes and food. Tyler and his wife did a great walk through with us and answered every question we had. They made sure to let us know they were available to answer any questions while we were gone, as well. Pick up was easy, and so was drop off. Everything worked as advertised, and we enjoyed our trip out to Big Bend! The hoses were all practically new, which is a huge plus. We had reason to use both the AC and the heat, and they both worked very well. This is a great unit, and the pictures don’t really do it justice! We would definitely rent this RV again!!

Overall great experience!! Especially since this was my fiancé and I first time experiencing the RV trailer lifestyle; and with that being said it will definitely be something we use again.... communication between Tyler via the app was very responsive, he was able to address any issues I had before booking and while on our stay... one thing that I would recommend for them is to be a bit more outgoing, talkative, and a little more warming when meeting their customers for the first time. The communication wasn’t what I expected in person, especially being since I’m a big critic on “Great Customer Service”. A friendly smile and engaging with a first time renter will lead them in a great way. The atmosphere I got when meeting Tyler and his partner in person was a bit awkward! Make your guest feel valued and appreciated especially since we’re spending so much money. I always say, actions speak louder than words and their actions and vibe was not what I expected in a “buisness atmosphere”. Secondly, with this whole Covid pandemic going on you would expect that their RV trailer would smell like some type of cleaning product, whether it was a simple spray of Febreze or even Lysol!! My fiancé and I didn’t get that sense of cleanliness at all when we first walked in to do our expectation with the owner. You have to keep in mind, this is a serious time right now in society so the relief to know where you and your family is laying their head each night should be counted for.... lastly, we notice a bunch of hair left in the shower drain, so that itself showed us the trailer wasn’t properly clean to it’s highest capability. When checking out Sunday morning, my fiancé and I made sure we cleaned the RV down, using lysol, bleach, & fabulouso!! The owners first response “ it smells extremely good”!! That’s the reaction my fiancé and I wanted when walking into the trailer Friday morning, that sense of security I’m referring too!! overall everything else was amazing, the descriptions and pictures matched the actual RV in person.

We rented this fantastic unit for 3 weeks and it outperformed even our highest expectations. Tyler and his wife were gracious, responsive, and flexible and made the renting experience easy, informative, and fun. We can’t say enough good things about this trailer, it’s owners, and the fantastic family memories we’ll take away from this adventure. 5 stars across the board!

Great experience. My family and I are big on camping and after having mechanical failures on our camper we were in a jam with everything we already had invested with our camp site and activities we prepaid for. Someone told me about RV rentals so we lokked into it. This camper was the first one that popped up and we booked right away. Mr Stowell and his wife are great people. Very kind and easy to talk to. It was a pleasure to have met them and really enjoyed to opertunity to rent there camper. There camper is extremely nice and clean. We cannot thank them enough for the great experience we had. If you are looking for a camper this one is the one you need. We are actually debating selling our fifth wheel to buy one just like this one. Perfect for a family trip. Thank you again for the smooth transaction. Looking forward to renting from you again soon.

It was my first time to rent an RV. This one was perfect for my family weekend trip. We got to experience the outdoors but also had the luxury of AC, kitchen, restroom, TV and comfy beds. The RV was very clean. Tyler responded quickly to emails and texts. He was very helpful!
