About Kurtis Hinderman

Hi there; I am a local avid outdoorsman. From mountain biking, Fishing, hunting and hiking. I have found Utah has so much to offer. I have lived in Utah my whole life and have explored all Utah has to give and can give some fun locations and ideas for a great adventure. I have a family of 5 with one Goldendoodle named Charlie who loves to ride shotgun whenever we go on trips. I have been a renter for years. When you have pets the Motorhome route is the only way to go. Coupled with children and small bladders having a self contained RV is a game changer. I searched high and low to find the perfect RV and I got the best one I could find. The Mercedes Diesel provides the fuel economy that is more than double other setups. Has a van like ride and is easy to drive even for a beginner. With ample power to tow a boat or UTV this RV has it all. I will educate all renters on safe uses and tips for this luxurious Motorhome. So if you are a veteran or a newbie, rest assured, I will help you with your next vacation.

We rented this RV for Yellowstone strip. The RV is okay and interior is fairly used. However this description of this listing is not accurate. The host charged extra $150 for cleaning RV even the cleaning fee are already included when booking. The host will charge you on dumping the black tank anyway because it’s under host discretion. The host also charged wear and tear of the rv to me. Most importantly, the host inaccurately charged mileage, almost $100 extra. I would stay away from this host to avoid dispute. Just rent with someone honest and upfront about all charges. No renters want to spent the last day of vacation to do a power car wash and deep clean the interior. The host would charge you $150 if you don’t do that. Stay away and rent from someone honest. This rv and host are not worth the time. There are plenty of other host in the area. I wish I went with another host.

Unfortunately I give renters the benefit of the doubt. However, even after your refusal to pay for the mileage you went over and agreed upon, You returned my motorhome with a missing hubcap, The television and mount was ripped from the wall, it was returned dirty and the black water tanks were not properly rinsed and dumped. This resulted in an investigation by Outdoorsy and they also sided with me and agreed you were responsible for the charges. I didn't even charge for all the damages and labor reducing your fees by several hundred. So as much as you disagree, the facts remain the same. I take pride in providing a nice luxury motor home that I bought and paid for, so people may also enjoy it as much as I do. I only ask for people to be careful and respect my motorhome. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. I even gave you a 5 star review so that it wont impact your ability to rent from others in the future. I realize my kindness was not recognized.

This was the perfect coach for our extended three week bucket list trip through 7 states and 6 National Parks. The owner provided an advance instructional video on proper operation of the coach and its equipment - very helpful, and overall communication was excellent.
The Mercedes drivetrain was smooth, responsive and reliable. We had a trouble free 3,000+ mile trip.

All around it was a great experience and we had a blast exploring Utah’s national parks and Moab! The RV was surprisingly easy to drive yet spacious enough for our family (2 adults and 3 little ones). Kurtis was super helpful with recommendations and always responded immediately with questions. The video tutorial was great especially for first timers like us who had to go back and watch it a couple times for reminders.

Kurtis was organized and easy to work with. He created a You Tube video and had a helpful handbook in the motorhome to explain how to operate and use everything. The motorhome was clean and well-maintained. We had an enjoyable trip!

This was our third experience renting a motorhome and by far the best yet! When we arrived in SLC we were provided with a tour and very detailed checkout on the systems of this RV. Our trip was 10 days and 2,100 miles and we encountered zero issues. This rig is well cared for and maintained by Kurtis unlike any other we have rented. All systems worked flawlessly and it was well stocked and even had a propane fired griddle. We are looking forward to renting this rig from Kurtis again next year!

Fantastic experience, drives like a dream. The RV was a huge hit! Kurtis was incredibly helpful and communicative. We would absolutely rent this delightful home away from home again.
