Book it! The Rialta is a smooth driving home on wheels to meet all your needs. The spacious sleeping, fridge, heating, bathroom and shower, kitchenette, to name just a few, made living on the road pleasurable. No matter if you are hooked up at a campsite to electric, water, and/or sewer or off the grid with the propane or generator (we only use the propane and didn’t have a need for the generator), all our comforts were easily met.

Communication with Carl was very bad. Two days before trip we still didn’t have any info on where to pick up the RV and weather we have enough bed sets. Customer support of Outdoorsy suggested we look for an alternative RV in case the owner never replies. We finally got the owner on the phone and figured out the details, only to find out that we would only have 2 bed sets and only one old comforter. After we got the RV, turned on a fridge on gas- there was apparent leak of propane. We had to sleep with windows open just for safety.
We tried to use a furnace to keep ourselves warm at night, but the furnace was so loud that it was impossible to sleep with it on. Generator failed to produce electricity under load on the first attempt to use it. The owner mentioned a small leak in a gray water sewage valve, but apparently, the valve was simply stuck open and first time we tried dumping sewage we felt like Robin Williams in a movie RV....so glad I had gloves on. This Rialta did take us from point A to point B in one piece, but we do not recommend using it. We did feel 100% safe In it.

Carl is wonderful to work with. He and his Rialta made our first camping trip with the kids absolutely delightful. Carl has a well-thought-out setup, and many times on the trip we found ourselves thanking him for his thoughtfulness and planning as the bag, utensil, or cleaning item that would be handy to have was tucked away nearby. Thank you for making our vacation one to remember!
