My wife and I rented this camper to visit the San Juan Mountains in Colorado while hitting all of the National Parks, landscapes, and sites along the way. It was a beautiful trip over 10-days with zero issues. Mike was available via text for questions regarding the camper and very friendly during the pick-up and drop-off.

Mike was great to work with. The trailer was new and clean and just as described. We had never rented a trailer before so he went through everything in detail with us and answered all of our questions. Any time I sent him a message with questions, he answered right away. We would definitely recommend this trailer and rent it again.

ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE RENTING!!!
Renter beware:
The trailer is great; beautiful, new, nice amenities.
We found the owner difficult to communicate with.
1. PICK UP:
Pick up time was limited to before 6:30 am or after 5:30 pm. There was an optional delivery fee of $50 for a 7am drop off at our location.
2. HIDDEN FEES:
There is a contract stating that there would be dumping fees. When we asked (several times) what those fees were, the owner said "It depends how dirty it is." The owner charged us $100 to dump but we NEVER used the toilet for #2 (only for #1). We did our best to dump the grey and black water before returning in order to save the typical dumping fee; 15-$25.
3. CHALLENGING COMMUNICATION:
We texted the owner about a simple issue (couldn't figure out blue tooth/radio) and Owner said he didn't know how it worked. He couldn't offer any solutions. One would expect him to research and get back to us or tell us to consult the manual (that he didn't tell us was on board the vehicle).
We had an issue with the battery and the owner texted with us for over 2 hours before finally calling us as we had requested in the beginning of the conversation. This issue could have been resolved much quicker.
4. CLEANLINESS
When we arrived at our destination and extended the kitchen slide out, we found dog food and snack crumbs all over the floor. We returned the trailer very clean and then witnessed a cleaning crew of 3 people plus the owners spouse enter the small trailer to clean without masks. This made us feel uneasy about the way they follow the cleaning/CDC guidelines.
5. RECOMMENDATION: Trailer is good for RV park. Do not use for off grid camping for more than 2 nights. The battery life is only good for 2 nights with us running lights only.

This trailer is awesome! We’ve used Outdoorsy several times and this was our favorite! The floor plan offers great storage, large fridge and freezer, and was very roomy with the pop out dinette. The bunks with the curtains were perfect for our two girls and they slept awesome! Mike was great to work with and had his trailer stocked well. We loved it! Thanks Mike!

Mike and his wife were super easy to work with and very helpful. Their rig was perfect for our family (3 teen boy and a 4 month old puppy) and was fully set up. It was so clean, modern and easy to hook up at our destination camp site. I especially love the usb charge ports by the beds and my boys loved that the bunks were large and roomy. Their instructions and walkthrough gave us a chance to ask questions prior to leaving so we felt confident pulling the rig. We pulled this trailer behind our 2015 Toyota 4Runner and it worked great. Our 4Runner has a 3.5” Old Man Emu lift with a medium spring in the back and this helped so we were not saying too badly. Not sure if the stock Toyota suspension would have been enough for this size of trailer. Air bags would have made this ideal but I do not have those installed. (See picture). Rig pulled great up and over Parley’s Canyon and though it was heavy it was never a burden or scary. 10 thumbs up from our family. Thanks Mike!!!

This was our first time using Outdoorsy and it was a great experience. The trailer was very clean, new and in great condition. It was also well stocked with kitchen items, camp chairs, and a camp chef. We loved that it was pet friendly as we have a dog and the fact the trailer was so clean you’d never know it was great for kids and pets. We loved the floorplan as we all had a place to sleep without needing to convert the dining. Michael was very easy to work with, accommodating of our pickup/drop off times and he was available for questions as we were new to this. We had a great trip and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again.
