We had a great time in Tim's RV. Communicating with Tim before and during the trip was easy, he was always quick to respond and helpful. This rig is easy to drive and easy to handle. It is exactly like the pictures. There is lots of room, a massive fridge, the beds are comfortable and the shower is surprisingly good (I expected a drizzle, but the water pressure when hooked up was great). It could have been a little cleaner, I would recommend a thorough, deep clean (underneath all couches, the stove etc). We were a little unlucky that the heater broke down and the nights were pretty cold. Tim offered we could have it fixed on the way and he would pay for the repairs. All and all we enjoyed it very much.

This Motorhome is great, everything works smooth, we had a great trip. The owner was the best possible, explained everything and the pickup experience was pleasant and easy. So as the return. I highly recommend . but please keep it clean and maintain it well if you rent this one, because we will for sure take it again soon :-)

Photos of this vehicle are older and the rig does not look this nice in person, in particular the exterior. The interior is decent but also not what photos show. Some of the cushions are heavily worn and others have been replaced. Some of the drawers/cabinets are duck taped closed. The bed was pretty comfortable. We spent the first hour after getting the keys cleaning the inside because it was't very clean. The refrigerator was fishy smelling and it and the stovetop were not very clean. The awning was zip tied and taped to the body of the vehicle and not usable because we were told somebody hit it off of something and it needs to be repaired. The rollout tarps over the pop-outs was ripped in spots which allowed rain to enter and drip pretty heavily into the interior, and it took all of our towel capacity to attempt to keep the floor dry during wet weather. The generator did not start one whole evening after driving in wet weather but started up in the morning thankfully. It did that again one other day in wet weather driving, but we had electrical hookups that evening, so it wasn't a problem. The water pressure was good. The water heater and main heater worked well. It's spacious and is pretty comfortable besides all those issues. The engine was strong and smooth, and it handled pretty well. You need to bring all your own cookware and bedding, and basically everything. That's probably normal, but I haven't rented an RV before, so I don't know. Owner was responsive when I called about the generator problem although nothing could really be done. I wouldn't recommend this for anybody traveling through wet weather. Otherwise, it's pretty decent. Spacious and pretty comfortable. Bring lots of blankets to cover seats and beds, and don't expect it to look like the photos.

Had a GREAT time driving and camping with Tim's RV. We went all the way to Bryce Canyon Utah and it was a very enjoyable time. Saw some beautiful sites.

Tim and Phillip were great to work with, very communicative and very flexible. The RV was fantastic for our group of 5. We camped at an off-grid campground and had a great time. The generator makes it easy to camp without an electric hookup. I would not hesitate to rent this RV again.

We were first timers to using a RV and our trip to Lake Tahoe couldn’t have gone better! Tim was so wonderful to work with, he made the whole process so easy! He answered all our many questions and gave us a thorough overview of how to set up/break down the RV, which is also spacious and clean, in great condition. We would definitely recommend!

Beside the engine air condition not cooling enough while driving which can be due to the size of the vehicle and the hot days during our travel everything was great.
Tim is very easy going and responsive to any question we had before and on the trip.
RV is very spacious and well maintained.

We had a great weekend using this RV. We met Philip (co-owner) at a large parking lot to review everything when we picked it up. The RV was the perfect size for our family of five so each kid had their own space. The black tank sensor didn’t seem to work properly but we monitored ourselves and let Philip know when we returned. Overall great experience and definitely recommend.

Working with Tim to book the rental was a great experience. He is VERY responsive and works with you to have the best RV experience. I would absolutely rent from him again. The RV was everything as described. I was actually surprised that it had very low mileage. It drove well and didn’t feel too heavy. I’ve had previous RV rental and driving experience so this one was a breeze. I absolutely loved the fact that there was bunk bed and there were two slide outs. It made the RV feel larger inside than it looks from the exterior.
