Adam was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Unfortunately, we know the last two because we ran in to several issues. We had to spend the first day troubleshooting the refrigerator. Eventually I drove it all the way back to Midway for him to work on it, he jumpered out the circuit board, and it seemed to work for a while. Drove it back to SLC, and it ran for 3ish hours before cutting out sometime in the night, and by morning all the drinks in the fridge were warm. It never worked after that (for the next 12 days). His reply was that the fridge really was only for someone parking at a campground for 3-4 days (i.e. not those driving sightseeing) Everything else worked 'just ok'. It wasn't super clean, my wife described it as "not rental ready". Adam provided two folding chairs, which was nice, but they were pretty dusty/dirty when we took them out. He provided a small portable BBQ, but it hadn't been cleaned and the propane bottle was empty (again, not a big deal, just would have been nice to know it was empty before we tried to use it). There was a crazy loud squeak behind the drivers side seat, we stuffed paper towels into the area and that helped. The electrical system was a little hinky, the RV ignition had to be on, even with the electric cable plugged in, to get the lights to work right. He provided DVDs, but the TV never did work, but we only tried one night. And the in-dash system was nice, but only worked for about 3 hours at a time before freezing or re-starting itself. The RV ran ok overall. And it was not at all convenient trying to get to Midway from Salt Lake. Again, he was very nice, but we wouldn't pick this RV again.

Adams RV met all of my needs at a great price. It’s well stocked and has plenty of room. The beds are comfortable and I had no problems driving it. Adam bent over backwards to help me get the RV after another RV owner had to cancel my rental at the last minute. Adam saved my trip and I had a great time! Would rent again for sure!

Old vehicle, should not be on the road, heat did not work, fridge did not work, trying to charge me for an existing dent in the tail pipe.

This renter took my almost new condition motorhome off roading and destroyed the tailpipe ripped it right off its mounts and scratched the whole side of my motorhome, there is pretrip photos showing no damage and the paperwork signed before showing that this damage was not there, so saying things didnt work in my new condition motorhome and calling me names is not appropriate, next time follow the rules and dont go off roading damaging someones motorhome and you will have a better experience
