Horrible experience. They canceled my booking. I had paid in full, I also reserved my campsite and paid in full. These people canceled on me just so they can use the RV. They should not have listed it. I will be very hesitant to book with these people. They will ruin your plan at the last minute. Don't recommend them at all!!!

We are sorry you feel this way, but this review is untrue. We did cancel an instabook reservation but it was only 3 days after it was made, and 3 weeks before your trip. It was not last minute. It is within our right to not accept an instabook reservation, although we try never to do that. The trip was not accepted due to the RV being booked already on another booking site. My husband had not updated the calendar on outdoorsy yet because these 2 reservations were booked a day apart and for that we are deeply sorry. We would never cancel a reservation because we “wanted to use the RV”.
