Jessie was very responsive and available when needed. RV was just no cleaned enough on the inside, if it was throughly cleaned it will have been a 5 star rating. Overall communication with Jessie was great, RV was delivered and set up as promised and was able to enjoy the trip with the family. Thank you Jessie!

Our family had a great time in the pop up. Way better than sitting up our big kodiak canvas tent! My 2005 v6 Toyota 4 runner had no problems at all towing it.

Rv was great, no problems. A/C was cold. If I had just 1 suggestion would be to include with description that the awning is unable to be used. Other than that, we gad a great time and will definitely use again

Camper was nice & roomy, plenty of bed space for the 3 of us. Setup and take-down was simple and straightforward. Sheets were on the list and expected, they weren't and we got a small compensation for that. It was fairly warm out so we slept on the blankets we brought. There was also a propane stove listed, and no propane. In their defense, they stated they never provide propane. If I had known ahead of time, I could have brought my own stove/propane. We were with friends that had plenty of cookers, so it all worked out fine
