Very nice, clean, and well-maintained Class A RV. We drove this 3933 miles; and it was our first RV rental. There are many great things about this RV.
1. The owners take great care of it, and they are helpful and patient with first-timers, like us. They have made a useful RV guide / manual, too.
2. While 'only' 30 feet long, it's easier to drive than 'bigger' ones, but note that the Slide Out on this RV is amazing! It runs from just behind the driver all the way to the rear fo the bedroom at the back of the RV. This is a huge feature / benefit compared to every other RV we saw while renting this one (for about a month). So comfortable and spacious while at camp, but still relatively easy to drive.
3. King size bed in bedroom, queen size above driver, and full size pull out couch made this very comfortable for a family of four with a dog.
4. Auto leveling system. Makes it easy to setup camp, and easy to leave camp.
5. Great kitchen indoors that they have equipped for real cooking. The outdoor kitchenette compliments if you are grilling at campsite. Refrigerator and freezer kept our supply of steaks, chicken, fish fresh for the long trip because it can keep itself cooling when on shore power at a camp site, when on generator power (anytime), and on propane power if you just have to park it for a day or two without electricity or the generator running.
6. Lots of storage, especially in the master bedroom because there's a huge cabinet beneath the bed.
