Ashely was very responsive and nice from day one. Her RV was nice a clean. We wanted to rent something newish with low miles and her RV seemed like the right fit for our family trip. At pick up, she did a complete walkthrough of the RV which was helpful, though in retrospect, having a cheat sheet for newbies would have come handy (tip). The reason why I am rating my experience 3 stars for this RV is because the reading of the light indicators for Black/Fresh water levels were off (this kept us worried every single day). Despite emptying the tank, black water light was always 3/8 full so I could never tell when it was actually full (should have been disclosed in the listing as a heads up). Also, interior RV lights didn't really work unless generator was on (possibly due to weak battery). Thankfully Ashely allowed us to use unlimited generator hours which mitigated the problem. Lastly ,midway of our rental the toilet stopped flushing and despite spending half a day troubleshooting the problem, we couldn't use it for the remainder of the trip (not fun), yet I appreciated Ashely's attempts to help us resolve the issue by quickly providing suggestions over text.

We absolutely loved our trip. Everything was flawless and Ashley's communications were super responsive. This size RV was perfect for our family of four for a 10 day trip. It's big enough to give everyone space, but more maneuverable than larger RVs we've used in the past -- making it easy to get into tighter spaces.

If they have an option of 6 stars, I will rate it 6 stars! Ashley is amazing! This is our first family RV trip, and you can imagine how excited AND nervous we are when rent a RV. Ashley has been super patient and considerate with us the moment we connected. And she responded to our questions on the road almost instantly. And her RV is in great condition. All in all, our family had a great time, and I will highly recommend Ashley's RV!
