Owner was very responsive to all of our questions and was very flexible in accommodating changes that occurred due to COVID issues. The RV was clean and in good working order. Except for the fact that there was only 1 coffee mug, the RV was well supplied. Sheets/pillows/blankets/bathroom were clean. Suggestion for improvement: include RV manual; post actual photos of the RV on the Outdoorsy site instead of using stock photos, communicate to renter the supplies that are in the RV to make it easier for renters to know what they have to bring/buy. Had a great trip and would rent again.
