Our trip with Richard’s RV was something special to remember. We had an amazing time. Richard was always quick to reply, always transparent, and very easy to work with.

We flew into Edmonton from London ON and rented the RV from Richard for 10 days. During that time camped in Kananaskis country, Lake Louise, and Jasper. The extras we added to our rental worked great, and the RV worked flawlessly. would definitely recommend him and his RV to anyone who was thinking of doing a similar trip.

The RV was very well maintained - clean and all set for our trip. It was our first time renting an RV, and we feel grateful to Richard for ensuring our first experience was a good one. My family and I are looking forward to more RV trips - it will be through Outdoorsy with Richard, of course. Richard was very nice, very accommodating and helpful. His YouTube informational video was short and very straightforward, providing the essential information about the RV.

The operational “video” coupled with the on-site orientation left NOTHING for confusion or misinterpretation. Richard was an excellent tutor and insured us of a safe, stress-free getaway to Old Entrance and Jasper. The grandkids (and parents AND grandparents) all agreed that this experience was to be remembered for a lifetime. Horseback riding, hiking, white water rafting, sky-tram and ZIP LINING left us wanting for nothing except more time together.

Everything about this experience was great. Richard was quick to communicate, explained everything really well. The RV is a smooth ride and everything was in excellent working condition.

Richard has even been helpful in the fact that I caused some minor damage to the RV with the insurance claim process. We will definitely rent from Richard again.

We are very please with the overall experience of renting this motorhome. The unit was very clean and it is well maintained. Everything worked great in the unit. Richard was extremely good to deal with through the whole process. He went through the entire unit with me and explained everything very well. He even made himself available for us to reach out to during our trip if we needed to. Thankfully we didn't need to bother him as everything went smoothly. Great floor plan, beautiful Canadian decor and everything I could want for the trip.

We camped at the new campground at Metis Crossing. A Nice easy 1.5h drive from Edmonton, which I'd also recommend.

Great time with this motorhome. Clean, well-maintained, well-equipped. Owner communicated well, knowledgeable and helpful.
Niggles? Slight smoke odor, needs more coffee.

The rv was in great condition. Me my wife and 2 kids had a great time. Dealing with richard was straight forward and a pleasure. I would highly recommend renting this rv from him!
