First off, we had a fantastic time on our trip, but that is because we are resilient people and experienced travelers. Unfortunately there were several issues from the very start. All of which could be prevented! So instead of just complaining, I have also included suggested solutions to each issue. Hopefully the owner can fix these issues so the next renters can have a good experience.
Before I get into that, here are the things that went right:
1. The trailer was relatively clean and worked as expected.
2. The owner let us come get the trailer earlier then the original pick up time.

The trailer was practical and easy to tow. Alpa gave us a brief overview on how to use some of the key features. Communication was great as well. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the the trailer, but was later rectified by Alpa.

The trip cannot be more frustrating. The owner of the trailer never showed up during the whole process.
On the day we picked up the trailer, the representative of the owner did not walkthrough the equipment operation thoroughly before the trip and send us the “manual” for self-instruction. We did not realized the ceiling fan and furnace were not working until the first night. When we searching the manual, it was found most of the features refers to “owner’s packet”, which was not provided. Attempted to contact the owner for help but the owner told us to research the YouTube. It’s a only 3-day trip, we gave up the idea attempting to get information from the owner due to the bad reception during the stay at the park.
When we returning the trailer, the owner was not present during the whole process, the drop-off location was right by the friend of the owner.
1 hour and an half heads-up gave to the owner before we returning the trailer. When we arrived there, the curb was occupied with other cars, and we communicated with owner we cannot park where we picked up but we will parked along the same curb. Owner confirmed okay. After we disassembled all the hitch and equipment, the owner requested us to move the trailer to a different spot. On the call with the owner, they were threatening us if we don’t move it, they will charge us more money. Again, the owner never showing up. We stopped communicating with the owner and asked for help immediately from outdoorsy support services also provided all the site photos and message history.
What really surprising is the owner filed a false claim to hold our deposit!!! We are currently ongoing with the dispute for the false claim

The trailer was very clean and like new. Easy pickup and drop off. Highly recommend.
