Cesar is an absolute flake. Went missing for 5 days the week before the trip, only after I cancelled the trip with him did he message me. It was too late, so I thought. Without ever talking to me about anything he then told the story that he waited 2 hours for me at the pick up location- the one I didn’t know existed(because he didn’t respond) for the trip I cancelled. Now he and outdoorsy are trying to steal my money for a trip I didn’t take because their host doesn’t reply. What a total scam.

Cesar’s trailer was excellent to rent, I would highly recommend to anyone. Cesar is very knowledgeable about his rig, and was very accommodating. I will definitely be renting this trailer from Cesar again in the future.

The trailer was very clean, well stocked with kitchen items and bedding, and fit our family of 3 perfectly. Cesar was quick to respond to text messages. He explained how things with the trailer work. We opted to pick up the trailer versus having it delivered. A 3-star review was given due to the following reasons: the trailer was not ready when we scheduled our pick up time with Cesar. The batteries were completely dead (we had to use our generator for 12 hours to charge the batteries), fridge/freezer were not cold (didn’t get cold enough to put our food in until the next morning), only 1 propane tank was filled (this limited us cooking in the RV due to conserving the propane for hot water to wash our babies bottles). There was also a broken rear window shade in the bottom bunk that rendered air flow in the trailer if the window was opened. Also, a major safety concern that we found on the 3rd day was the smoke detector had dead batteries. If you’re having the RV delivered, these problems might be avoided. However, if you’re picking the RV up, make sure you ask for all of this to be done before hand.

Great experience in this travel trailer, Caesar was on top of every detail which made our trip smooth. Very clean unit, well appointed with bedding, TV, Bluetooth and the kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook meals, we used the outside kitchen which was easy to use for all our meals.
